Tubes, Tubes, Tubes

Haigen has had bad ear infections since he was little and had tubes put in when he was 1 and 2. Now at 3 year's old he had to go in and have them taken out. He was having some problems with noise sensitivity due to the tube being ready to fall out so his ENT suggested that we just take them out and put a patch over the hole. Haigen was a champ! His Anesthesiologist was amazing! She came into the room and gave Haigen a little mask with bubble gum smell in it, then she proceeded to tell him that they would be going on an airplane ride and he got to be the co-pilot. When he got back to the OR she let him touch a bunch of buttons and then made him do his "seat belt" up on the operating table, then she had him put his mask on and he was out! He did great and has recovered great. Now crossing our fingers that he does not get anymore ear infections or we will have to get tubes again.

More Summer Fun 2013

Haigen got golf clubs for his birthday back in April and Aunt Kel and Uncle Courtney finally took him out. I guess he was a pro! He talked about it for weeks!  We need to start practicing with him more.

Lawson and Haig actually getting along at Uncle Tyler's birthday party.

Haigen has been going to preschool this summer, one day a week. This picture was from his space day! I did not have any great ideas besides his Buzz Lightyear pjs and of course he added the touch of cowboy boots!

Tate loves his milk :) Such a chunky monkey!

We went to the Drive Inn movie in SLC a couple weeks ago with Cheyan, Colden, Caydence and Dawson. They enjoyed loving on Tate. It was so much fun and I am sure we will make it back there this summer.

This is our favorite part of summer! Morning Snuggles! I have enjoyed this time with my boys so much! Haigen loves helping me make a bottle and feeding Tate while we watch cartoons.
This is the new hair cut I got! I am loving it!

This was another trip with Aunt Kel and cousin Lawson to Seven Peaks. Swimming lessons made a huge difference for Haigen and now he is a fish in the water.

Summer Fun 2013

We have had so much fun this summer playing at the pool, going to the new park, bike rides in the evenings, cabin trips, birthday parties and just enjoying not having an agenda.
Will and Wyatts dog blue had 9 puppies. Haige was in heaven playing with them and of course wanted to bring them home.

So precious! Tate even put his hand up to hold him (or maybe push him away )
We try to go feed the horses everyday and they have loved all our corn husks and watermelon.
                                                                 What a stud!
Daddy and Haigen playing bucking bull :)
We have been enjoying our pass of all passes that Grandma Angela bought for us! This trip daddy went with us.
Daddy and Haigen got matching summer hair cuts.
Playing Hide and Seek and couldn't find him, he was behind the couch dead asleep.
Haigen took swimming lessons this summer and did so great he passed on the first time!! We were so proud of him.

On the 4th of July we took Haigen to see the fireworks and do some sparklers. Haigen loved it!

One of our cabin trips! Grandpa took him for a ride on Miner Diamond.
                                                                           Our cute boys!!

7 weeks old

Tater tots is sure growing up fast! He is seven weeks old today and continues to bring our family so much joy. Haigen has tried carrying him all over the house this past week (of course giving mommy a heart attack) and they love to play together. Tate is starting to smile more and loves when his brother plays with him.
Haigen loves to do tummy time with brother.
